Winter Wonderland

Today I just had to get out and take a walk while it was softly snowing outside. Beautiful, just beautiful...and oh so quiet and still. A gift to behold for free!

I can see why you said it was so beautiful outside! These are quite the artistic photographs as well. Great job!

Thanks, Anne! Did you recognize almost every place in the pictures? I got a very funny one of Marshie outside looking like Rin-Tin-Tin, even though she's a cat. She's now on my screen saver.

Hello! My husband and I were looking at your wonderful winter photos. They are beautiful! We have to ask, what type of tree/bush is that with the red berries? We are MN friends of Simplicity. Thanks for the neat photos!

Hi, friend of Simplicity! The tree is in our next door neighbor's yard and it hangs into our yard. I love it, too! Unfortunately, I don't know what it is called. The cardinals LOVE it and look so pretty sitting there eating the berries. If I find out, I'll let you know on this winter post, okay?

I'm glad snow is still appreciated in other parts....we are in for our 5th snowy weekend in a row....this is what other people THINK Colorado is like! It is pretty to look at, though...but when I have to drive in it, I wonder why I ever left Costa Rica!

Yep, I can sure see why Costa Rica would be appealing to you right now. Hang in there!
